Bag Packing

You need to arrive ten minutes before your slot and wear Crusaders clothes, or if you don’t have any, a red top, PARENTS as well . Please don’t wear jewellry, and have long hair tied back. Please remember to be polite and friendly at all times, both to staff and customers, and you are not allowed to eat, drink or chat to each other on the shop floor. Do bring a drink with you though, but step away from the till when you want to drink it.  If any one needs the toilet, that’s fine, but you MUST let the person in charge know you are going. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES must any Cheerleader leave the store to help customers carry their shopping or load their car. If you are unsure about anything, please ask – there will be a parent or older Cheerleader ‘in charge’ at each session. This parent is highlighted on the timetable.

We are there as representatives of Crusaders, but also the supermarket as well, and we are very fortunate to have this opportunity for fund raising. If you have a problem please go to the parent in charge.

BAG PACKING - November / December

So far we have raised £2104.30 towards club funds. The first £500 of money raised has ben sent to FC to pay a deposit for our Nationals entry fees. Getting it in before Christmas entitles us to a 5% discount. The rest of the money has been used to pay off extra uniforms we needed to order to make sure everyone had one.

Mandatory - Every Cheerleader must pack for 5 hours in total across all seven dates  in Nov / Dec to go towards club funds to pay for uniforms and competition fees. We will also give you a credit for every hour you pack. Remember all the money goes towards things for you lowering the cost for everyone.

Optional - If you would like to sign up to extra slots you are welcome too. Any extra you do will be added to your £'s to spend account and you can use it towards competition fees etc. This is a really easy way to raise money to pay for things without taking any money from yourselves.

How to sign up - Just e-mail me the hours you would like to work and you will see your name appear in that slot. Each shift must have two people over 18 on it. Each till must be full so if you are sending a child who can not pack by themselves you must attend with them. You will be paid per till so if you have a parent and child that packs on one till you will only be paid for on till. If you pack seperately from your child you will earn two tills worth. We will not have any allocated breaks so please do not sign up for longer then you can cope without a break for. Mandatory hours will be in black and any extra shifts you do will go towards your credit are highlighted in red.

Please remember if you do not attend mandatory fundraisers you will need to buy your own uniform and pay for all events that the club funds pay for like competition entry fees etc. Mum's Dads's, Sister's, Brother's can all pack to help you add onto your £'s to spend. The more you pack the less you have to pay throughout the season.
